Awardees
Doris Duke Artist Residencies will support at least 50 residencies for artists at dance companies, theaters, presenting organizations and/or select service organizations in Part Three of the Initiative.
Selection Process
Joint applications from artists and organizations will be accepted beginning from June 4, 2012.
Organizations wishing to apply are required to submit an Intent to Apply form by June 1, 2012.

Qualifications
Residencies will support attempts by exemplary artists and organizations to increase demand for jazz, theatre and contemporary dance. Artists and organizations must have a prior history of working together and will mutually conceive the residencies.
Timing
At least 50 four-month residencies conducted over a period of two to three years. Doris Duke Artist Residencies will be awarded in five rounds between 2013 and 2017.

2014 Residencies Group 2 selected Up to 3 years (2014-16)
2015 Residencies Group 3 selected Up to 3 years (2015-17)
2016 Residencies Group 4 selected Up to 3 years (2016-18)
2017 Residencies Group 5 selected Up to 3 years (2017-19)
Grant Oversight
DDCF staff will administer the Doris Duke Artist Residencies.
